Orange-Spiced Sweet Potatoes Recipe

What You Need
• 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled, cubed
• 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, cut into small pieces
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• Juice of 1 medium orange
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• Toasted chopped pecans
What To Do
1. Place sweet potatoes in bottom of crockpot.
2. Mix together orange juice and spices, then stir into sweet potatoes.
3. Cover crockpot and cook on high heat for 2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
4. Stir in pecans before serving.
