Wild Rice Stuffing Recipe
This Wild Rice Stuffing recipe makes 6 servings.

What You Need
• 1 cup mixed wild rice
• 1/2 packet onion soup mix
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 (4-oz.) can mushrooms, drained
• 1 peeled, cubed sweet potato
• 1 tablespoon roasted garlic
• 1/3 cup chopped onions
• 1 3/4 cup vegetable broth
• 1/3 cup dried cranberries
• 1 teaspoon rubbed sage or 1 tablespoon minced fresh sage
• 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• Fresh ground pepper
• 1/3 cup chopped, toasted pecans

What To Do
1. Add all ingredients except pecans to crockpot and mix well.

2. Cover; cook on low 6-8 hours. (Check on stuffing halfway through cooking time; add a little more broth if it appears too dry.)

3. Transfer to serving bowl and top with pecans.
