Crockpot Stuffing Recipe I
 
This Crockpot Stuffing recipe makes 12 servings.

What You Need
• 2 cups chopped celery
• 2 cups chopped onions
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• 2 (8-oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
• 12 cups stale bread, cubed
• 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 1/2 teaspoons sage
• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 4 cups vegetable broth

What To Do
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add celery, onion, parsley and mushrooms to skillet and saute until onions are soft.

3. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and vegetables.

4. Add seasonings (thyme, sage, pepper, salt and marjoram) and toss.

5. Add egg and just enough broth to moisten.

6. Lightly pack stuffing into crockpot. Cover crockpot; cook on high 45 minutes, then reduce to low for 4-8 hours.
