Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
Here's a simply but tasty Scalloped Potatoes recipe for the slow cooker.
What You Need
10 large Potatoes, thinly slice
2 large onions, chopped
2 cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 cup milk
What To Do
1. In a small bowl, combine soups and milk.
2. In removable liner, layer one half the potatoes and one half the chopped onions; spread one half the soup-milk mixture over top.
3. Repeat layering using rest of ingredients.
4. Placed in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
