This Scalloped Corn recipe makes 6 servings. For this recipe, you'll need a casserole dish that fits inside of your crockpot.
What You Need
3 large eggs
1 cup half and half
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons minced onion
2 cups frozen creamed corn, thawed
1 cup coarsely crushed cracker crumbs
What To Do
1. Whisk together milk and eggs in a bowl, then mix in remaining ingredients.
2. Pour into lightly buttered casserole dish that fits into your crockpot. Place dish into crockpot.
3. Cover; cook on high 2 1/2 hours, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
