What You Need
5 large carrots, cubed
8 large potatoes, cubed
5 large celery stalks, sliced
2 large onions, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
What To Do
1. Add all ingredients to crockpot.
2. Add enough water just to cover top of vegetables.
3. Cover; cook on high 4 hours.
Note: The liquid will form a sort of gravy which, if desired, can be drizzled over veggies when serving.
