What You Need
1 32-oz. package fresh baby carrots
1/2 cup marmalade
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
Salt and pepper to taste
What To Do
1. Add all ingredients except cornstart and 2 tablespoons cold water to crockpot and stir.
2. Cook on low 7-9 hours or until carrots are tender.
3. About 15 minutes before serving, make a paste of the cornstarch and cold water; stir into carrots. Taste and adjust seasonings.
