Marmalade Glazed Carrots Recipe
This Marmalade Glazed Carrots recipe for the crockpot makes 4-6 servings.

What You Need
• 1 32-oz. package fresh baby carrots
• 1/2 cup marmalade
• 1 tablespoon water
• 2 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 2 tablespoons cold water
• Salt and pepper to taste

What To Do
1. Add all ingredients except cornstart and 2 tablespoons cold water to crockpot and stir.

2. Cook on low 7-9 hours or until carrots are tender.

3. About 15 minutes before serving, make a paste of the cornstarch and cold water; stir into carrots. Taste and adjust seasonings.
