Green Beans and Hamhocks Recipe
What You Need
2 pounds green beans, cleaned (ends removed)
2 smoked hamhocks
1 can chicken broth
What To Do
1. Place beans and hamhocks in crockpot.
2. Pour chicken broth over beans and add a little fresh ground pepper to taste.
3. Cook on high 5-6 or low for up to 10 hours.
4. Remove hamhocks and any unwanted skin or bones. Shred any meat, return to green beans, toss and serve.
