German Potato Salad Recipe

What You Need
2 potatoes, sliced
1/2 cups onions, chopped
1/2 cups celery sliced
1/4 cups green peppers, diced
1/4 cups vinegar
1/4 cups oil
Chopped parsley
2 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
What To Do
1. Combine all ingredients except parsley and bacon in crockpot.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
3. Cover; cook 5-6 hours on low, or until potatoes are tender and cooked through.
4. Garnish with bacon and parsley.
