Crockpot Asparagus Casserole Recipe
This Crockpot Asparagus Casserole recipe produces a creamy, cheesy treat.
What You Need
2 packages frozen asparagus spears, thawed
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups crushed saltine crackers
1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
What To Do
1. Spray the interior of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly but gently so as not to break asparagus spears.
3. Pour into crockpot. Cover; cook on high 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Stir before serving.
