What You Need
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup cornmeal
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14.5-oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (2 1/4-oz.) jar sliced ripe olives, drained
1 packet chili seasoning mix
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
What To Do
1. In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
2. In a bowl, combine egg, milk and cornmeal until smooth.
3. Add corn, tomatoes, olives, chili seasoning, seasoned salt and beef. Transfer to a greased slow cooker.
4. Cover; cook on high heat for 3 hours, 45 minutes.
5. Sprinkle cheese over top of ingredients in crockpot; cover and cook another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
