What You Need
1 pound lean ground beef
2 slices stale bread, crumbled
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup diced green peppers
1/3 cup diced onions
2 tablespoons butter
1 regular can tomato soup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
What To Do
1. Mix ground beef with bread crumbs, egg and salt, then shape into balls.
2. Brown in skillet or oven.
3. Place all other ingredients into crockpot and mix together, then add browned meatballs.
4. Cover; cook 6-8 hours on low.
