What You Need
3 carrots, peeled, chunked
3 stalks celery, chunked
1 large onion, quartered
3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 cans chicken broth
2 to 3 soup cans of water
Pinch of dried dill
Pinch of dried parsley
8 ounces noodles
What To Do
1. Put vegetables in crockpot, then add chicken. Pour in broth and water.
2. Add dill and parsley.
3. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
4. Remove veggies and chicken from crockpot. Add noodles, turn to high and heat while you shred the chicken and mince the vegetables (or put the vegetables in a food processor).
5. Return chicken and minced or processed vegetables to crockpot and heat through. Continue cooking until noodles are tender (approximately 20 minutes).
