This Shrimp Creole recipe is for the crockpot and can be served over hot rice.
What You Need
1 1/2 cups diced celery
1 1/4 cups chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
1 28-oz. can whole tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 drops Tabasco sauce
1 pound shrimp, deveined and shelled
What To Do
1. Combine all ingredients except shrimp in crockpot.
2. Cook 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
3. Add shrimp during last hour of cooking.
