Slow Cooked Pot Roast Recipe
What You Need
• 1 2- to 4-pound chuck roast
• 2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
• 3- to 6-ounces baby carrots
• 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
• 2 russet potatoes, cut into spears

What to Do
1. Place all ingredients above into your slow cooker. (Do not add any water.)

2. Cover; cook on high 5-6 hours or low heat for 8 hours.

Note: You can make gravy with the juices that remain in the crock after removing the roast and veggies. Skim the fat, if preferred, then whisk in one tablespoon of flour until the juice begins to thicken.
