Pork Chops with Apple Chutney Recipe
 
What You Need
• 4 center-cut, bone-in, 1-inch thick pork loin chops, trimmed
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 6 tablespoons packed brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
• 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
• 2 medium baking apples, peeled, chopped

What To Do
1. Prepare a 3- or 4-quart crockpot with non-stick spray.

2. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on chops and place chops in bottom of crock.

3. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, vinegar, ginger, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and cranberries; then spoon over pork chops.

4. Cover crockpot; cook on low heat 4 to 4.5 hours.
