Manhattan Meatballs Recipe

This Manhattan Meatballs recipe makes 4-5 dozen. Serve them over rice for an entree, or serve them as appetizers by inserting toothpicks in each.
What You Need
1 pound ground beef
1 pound mild pork sausage
2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons parsley
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Sauce
1 12-oz. jar apricot preserves
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
What To Do
1. Mix first 8 ingredients together and form meatballs.
2. Brown in skillet, or in oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Transfer meatballs to crockpot.
3. Heat sauce and pour over meatballs.
4. Cover; cook on low 3-4 hours.
