Mustard Glazed Ham Recipe

This Mustard Glazed Ham recipe makes 8-12 servings.
What You Need
1 (4- to 5-pound) ham, fully cooked
10 to 12 whole cloves
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
What To Do
1. Prepare the cooked ham by scoring in a diamond pattern and inserting cloves at the X's. Place ham into crockpot.
2. Separately, combine brown sugar, mustard and lemon juice, then spoon over ham.
3. Cover; cook 1 hour on high. Reduce heat to low and cook another 8-10 hours.
4. Remove ham from crockpot and place on serving platter. Turn heat back up to high.
5. Combine orange juice and cornstarch to form smooth paste, then stir this paste into the drippings in crockpot. Cook another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens, then spoon over ham and serve.
