Crockpot Swiss Steak Recipe

This Crockpot Swiss Steak recipe is great served over cooked noodles.
What You Need
2-pound round steak
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
1 8-oz. package cream cheese
What To Do
1. Cut steak into 1-inch by half-inch strips.
2. Combine flour, pepper, salt and garlic powder, then add steak and dredge through mixture to coat (or dump it all into a sealable plastic bag and shake).
3. Add to crockpot along with all other ingredients except cream cheese.
4. Cook on low 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
5. With 30 minutes to go, cube the cream cheese and add to crockpot.
