Crockpot Pork Roast Recipe

What You Need
4- or 5-pound pork roast
6-8 cloves garlic
Pepper
Basil
1 cup dry white wine
Onion
What To Do
1. Cut into pork roast in 6-8 spots around the roast.
2. Peel garlic cloves and push one into each cut you just made in the roast.
3. Rub roast with pepper and basil.
4. Pour dry white wine into bottom of crockpot and put roast into wine.
5. Slice onion and place slices on top of and around the roast.
6. Cover; cook on low 8-12 hours, until roast is done.
