Crockpot Cajun Sausage and Rice Recipe

This Crockpot Cajun Sausage and Rice recipe makes 5 servings.
What You Need
8 ounces Kielbasa sausage, cut in quarter-inch slices
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
1 tablespoon steak sauce
3 bay leaves
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1/2 cup chopped parsley
What To Do
1. Combine sausage, tomatoes, onion, green pepper, celery, bouillon, steak sauce, bay leaves, sugar and hot pepper sauce in crockpot.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
3. Remove bay leaves; stir in rice and 1/2 cup of water.
4. Cook an additional 25 minutes. Stir in parsley.
