This Crockpot Beef recipe makes a great, tender, falling-apart beef that can be sliced and served with sides, or that can fork-shredded for use in sandwiches or other applications.
What You Need
1 (2-3-pound) beef roast
1 (15-oz.) can low-sodium beef broth
12 ounces beer or red wine
3 cloves garlic
1 small onion, sliced
What To Do
1. Place all ingredients into crockpot.
2. Close; cook on low-medium for 6-10 hours.
3. Serve the beef as you please. Don't throw out the juice in the bottom of the crockpot, it makes a great dipping sauce, or can be used as a gravy base or soup ingredient.
