This Slow-Cooked Chili recipes makes 8 servings.
What You Need
2 pounds ground beef
2 (16-oz.) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (16-oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 (14.5-oz.) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
2 medium onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 tablespoon Creole seasoning
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Shredded cheddar cheese
Corn chips
What To Do
1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain.
2. Put browned beef into slow cook, and all all other ingredients except cheese and chips.
3. Cover; cook on low heat for 8-10 hours (or on high for 4 hours).
4. Use cheese and chips as a garnish when serving.
