Favorite Crockpot Chili Recipe

This Favorite Crockpot Chili recipe makes 12 cups.
What You Need
2 pounds coarsely ground beef chuck
2 16-oz. cans red kidney beans, drained
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans tomatoes, drained
2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
1 green pepper, seeded, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled, crushed
2-3 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
What To Do
1. In a large, non-stick saucepan brown ground chuck and drain off fat.
2. Add ground beef to 3 1/2 to 4-quart crockpot along with all other ingredients. Stir well.
3. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
