This Crockpot Chili recipe is great with sour cream or shredded cheddar cheese as a topping.
What You Need
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons chili powder
Cumin to taste
2 16-oz. cans tomatoes
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans kidney beans, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
What To Do
1. Cook onions and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil until onions are yellow.
2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
3. Stir in chili powder and cumin; cook 2 minutes more.
4. Meanwhile, in crockpot, combine remaining ingredients.
5. Stir in browned meat mixture. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
