What You Need
1 pound ground turkey breast
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 5-oz. can pinto beans, rinsed, drained
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can corn, rinsed, drained
1 15-oz. jar tomato sauce
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 10-oz. can diced tomato and green chilies
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
What To Do
1. Cook ground turkey in nonstick skillet until no longer pink. Drain and transfer to crockpot.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
3. Cover; cook on high 4 hours. Give one quick stir halfway through cooking time.
