What You Need
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
2-3 pound chicken, cut up and skinned
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large can tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano, crushed
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 bay leaf
What To Do
1. Layer ingredients in crockpot in the order listed.
2. Cover; cook on low 6-8 hours, or on high 2 1/2 - 4 hours.
