Crockpot Lemonade Chicken Recipe

This Crockpot Lemonade Chicken recipes uses frozen lemonade concentrate to provide a tangy kick.
What You Need
4 to 6 pieces chicken (breasts and legs)
1 6-oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
What To Do
1. Add chicken pieces to crockpot.
2. In a bowl, combined lemonade concentrate, brown sugar, and ketchup and mix well. Pour mixture over chicken in crockpot.
3. Cover; cook 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
4. Remove chicken from crockpot, pour liquid into saucepan, then return chicken to crockpot and cover to keep warm (turn off crockpot).
5. In the saucepan, skim fat from liquid. Combine cornstarch and cold water, then slowly add to liquid, while stirring over low heat. When thickened, pour over chicken which has been served over rice.
