This Chicken Casserole recipe makes 6 servings.
What You Need
1 8-oz. package noodles
3 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1 4-oz. can mushrooms
1 4-oz. jar pimiento
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups cream-style cottage cheese
1 cup grated sharp processed cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon basil
What To Do
1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain, rinse thoroughly.
2. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients with noodles until well mixed.
3. Pour mixture into greased crockpot.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
