What You Need
4 frozen chicken breasts
6-ounce package stuffing mix
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water
What To Do
1. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, water, cream of chicken soup and stuffing mix.
2. Put thin layer of stuffing mix in bottom of slow cooker, then top with frozen chicken breasts (do not allow chicken to touch bottom or sides of cooker).
3. Cover chicken with remainder of stuffing mixture.
4. Cover; cook on low heat for 5 hours or until chicken is falling apart and shows no pink.
