Streusel Pound Cake Recipe

This Streusel Pound Cake recipe cooks inside a 2-pound coffee tin placed in the crockpot.
What You Need
• 1 16-oz. package pound cake mix
• 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
What To Do
1. Mix pound cake mix according to package directions, then pour into well-greased and floured 2-pound coffee tin (before starting, make sure the coffee tin will fit into your crockpot).
2. Combine sugar, flour, nuts and cinnamon and sprinkle over cake batter.
3. Place can in crockpot. Cover top of can with 8 layers of paper towels.
4. Cover crockpot and cook on high 3-4 hours.
