Pumpkin Rice Pudding Recipe
What You Need
4 cups milk
2 cups short grain white rice
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
What To Do
1. Coat interior of slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray*.
2. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir well.
3. Cover; cook on low heat for 3-4 hours, until rice is tender.
(*If you prefer, use a liner instead.)
