Cranberry Rice Pudding Recipe

This Cranberry Rice Pudding recipe makes 8 servings.
What You Need
3 cups cooked white rice
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12-oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
What To Do
1. Spray interior of crockpot with non-stick spray.
2. Add everything but sugar and cinnamon to crockpot and mix.
3. Cover; cook on low 3-4 hours or until liquid is absorbed. Stir.
4. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamont over top and serve warm.
