What You Need
6 bananas, peeled (use ripe but still firm bananas)
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
Juice of 1 medium lemon
What To Do
1. Arrange peeled bananas in the bottom of crockpot.
2. Sprinkle coconut flakes, cinnamon and salt over top of bananas.
3. Combine dark corn syrup, butter, lemon peel and lemon juice, then pour over bananas.
4. Cover crockpot; cook on low 90 minutes to 2 hours.
