This Blueberry Fancy recipe makes 12 servings.
What You Need
1 loaf Italian bread, cubed
1 pint blueberries
8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
What To Do
1. Place half the bread cubes in the slow cooker. Drop half the blueberries over the top of the bread. Sprinkle half the cream cheese cubes over the blueberries. Repeat all three layers.
2. In mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Pour over all ingredients.
3. Cover and cook on low setting until dish is custardy and set. Serve with maple syrup or blueberry sauce.
