Apple Pie Bread Pudding Recipe

What You Need
12 slices reduced-calorie white bread
3 1/2 cups cooking apples, cored, peeled, chopped
1 cup unsweetened apple juice
1/2 cup diet lemon-lime soda
Sugar substitute equal 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons apple pie spice
What To Do
Note: Make sure the sugar substitute you are using is suitable for baking.
1. Tear each slice of white bread into medium-sized pieces.
2. Spray interior of crockpot with butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray. Add apples and bread pieces to crockpot and toss to mix evenly.
3. In a small bowl, combine apple juice, soda, sugar substitute and apple pie spice, then drizzle evenly over apples and bread in crockpot. Mix gently to combine.
4. Cover crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours. Mix well before serving.
