Crockpot Sausage and Egg Casserole Recipe
What You Need
Dozen eggs, beaten
14 slices of bread
2 1/4 cups milk
2 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 pound sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
Salt and pepper to taste
What To Do
1. Spray interior of slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Cut bread into large squares. Layer bread, sausage and cheese inside crockpot.
3. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper, then pour over ingredients in crockpot.
4. Cover; cook on low 8-10 hours.
