Crockpot Salsa Recipe
 
What You Need
• 10 roma tomatoes
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 small onion, cut into wedges
• 1 jalapeno pepper
• 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

What To Do
1. Core tomatoes. Cut small slit into three of the tomatoes and insert one garlic clove into each.

2. Place tomatoes and onions into 3-quart slow-cooker.

3. Cut stems off jalapenos and seed each. Place seeded jalapenos into slow cooker.

4. Cover crockpot; cook on high 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Vegetables should be softened. Allow to cool.

5. Place roasted vegetables/peppers into food processor, along with cilantro and salt. Process to desired consistency. Chill before serving.
