What You Need
1 pound hot Italian Sausage
1 pound Mexican-style Velveeta
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
1 jar hot picante sauce
1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
What To Do
1. Brown sausage in a skillet, along with jalapeno, and drain. Add to crockpot.
2. Add other ingredients.
3. Cook on low for 1 hour or until cheese is completely melted and dip is well-blended.
4. Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips or lightly toasted bread cubes.
