This Chili Dip recipe for the crockpot can be served with your favorite corn or tortilla chips, or even with vegetables.
What You Need
1 16-oz. jar mild picante sauce
2 cans refried beans
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
Jalapenos, to taste
What To Do
1. In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion, then drain.
2. Add all ingredients to crockpot and mix.
3. Cook slowly on low, 2-3 hours or until cheese has melted and dip is heated through.
