What You Need
2 pounds Velveeta cheese
2 cans Rotel tomatoes and chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar picante sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 pound premium ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pound bulk sausage, broken up
What To Do
1. Mix all liquids and cheese together in crockpot, then cook on low until cheese melts.
2. While waiting on cheese to melt, brown ground beef, sausage and onion. Drain meats and crumble sausage. Add spices to meats, then add to crockpot and stir.
3. Cook on low 2-4 hours. Serve with chips or crackers.
