This Bacon Cheese Dip recipe is for the crockpot.
What You Need
16 slices bacon, diced, fried and drained
2 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened and cubed
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup half-and-half
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash hot sauce
What To Do
1. Add all ingredients except bacon to crockpot.
2. Cover; cook on low, stirring occasionally, until cheese melts (approximately 1 hour).
3. Gave it a taste and adjust seasonings, if needed.
4. Add bacon, stir, and keep on low heat to serve. Serve with crackers or cubed French bread.
